Guess who's back? Haha.. back from the PD trip.
My friend drove there in his Iswara most of the way. We reached there after midnight, sat down for some Roti-banjir before taking a walk by the sea. Decided to drive on to another spot and found a nice area by a resort. So we simply sat up our tent and dug a trench so we could put our feet in while they played guitar and whine a lil.
We didnt sleep and started walking around and this nice chap came up to us at bout 6am. First thing he said was "Good Morning" I returned his gesture.. then he said "Malaysian?" haha
turned out that he was a korean Pastor on a vacation there. Nice chap!!

Soon after that, we packed and hit the road again. Found a public camping spot and decided to check it out. I saw this island nearby and suggested that we swim or float over there to check it out. We discussed and finally we agreed to walk along the coast to the nearest point to the island.
There we climbed on a man made gabon wall sort of thing. it took us 1oo meters out. From there, we hopped in the shallow waters of the lil island. Most of it was mangroves and had only a little land high tide. Maybe 500 square-feet? So there we stayed for the night.
Made a fire, barbecued chicken, friend eggs, roasted potatoes..

We inflated old lorry tubes we brought along and used them as floaters :)
Overall, we had a great time and took our mind off things for a few days.
For me atleast.. hehehe

Was overwrought so slept for 13 hours today..
