TRMT Corp

Preliminary plans to acquire a controlling stake in TRMT Corp are still underway. Becoming the Largest Single Shareholder is the main objective by obtaining approximately 30% of the corporation and efforts have been dating back to as early as 23rd November 2008. TRMT Corp has so far, gone through it's first recession and after that difficult period, it has been recovering well. TRMT Corp's shares are expected to sour in the near future. We are lucky to have been able to acquire certain shares in the month of July 2009. TheLongAndWhiningRoad had earlier faced a financial crisis of it's own and other projects have managed to salvage the company.

Minimal activity were seen from the month of August until late September 2009. A plot was soon engineered by TheLongAndWhiningRoad. The plot had failed but however, the impact was still felt. It was that period that TheLongAndWhiningRoad
considered deeply on the proposal of a sudden take-over of TRMT Corp.The proposal was later turned down due to other uncertainties.

TRMT Corp had in early November started a project of it's own but it was only until mid November when TheLongAndWhiningRoad made a sudden appearance in TRMT Corp.
